Using this as part of my physical therapy for tennis elbow and it is great!Pretty hood workout!The jump rope is very easy to use, more convenient than the regular oneThere work fine. They are a little awkward to use since the balls on the end are a little larger.But they work for now until I find one that has smaller balls on the endI bought these to use with Beachbody's mbf program. As of date received (7/25/21), they have worked great. Definitely a great option for less money. Love the color, handles are comfortable, and even though the balls are a bit big, the ropes still function smoothly. However, because I only received the bod rope and not the bag for storage, I am rating 4 stars. Although it's not the most important part of the order, it would have been nice to have the bag they're supposed to come with.I am so impressed with the quality of my purchase and the timely service & delivery! I would definitely recommend ordering from this company.Works great, really good price and fast shipping.These have worked great! I picked these up for the MBF program on Beachbody. My only qualm are the size of the balls. They are a bit big and I sometimes hit my wrists with them if I am being careless about the angle.
