These are nice jump ropes. My wife thought they would be a little more like the ones she had during her school days. These are very lightweight and the string under the beads is very thin. They are a little too lightweight for her liking. But they don't get tangled, so that's good. They're also adjustable. Like that it came as a 3-pack, giving me a backup in case one gets lost or breaks.I remember these types of jump ropes from when I was a kid. Each of these are long enough for an adult to use. I had to remove at least 8-12 of the beads to adjust it to the heights of my kids. The three different colors were perfect so that we can tell which one was adjusted to each kid. I'm 5'11 and the jump rope is long enough I feel comfortable jumping and not tripping myself up. They remind me of the ones used in gym class many moons ago. The color options are a great addition.We've had a couple of these before, and the old ones finally gave up so we got this set. These types of ropes hold up pretty good and work out great.
